Class Styles

  • Chill + Challening Flow

    An all-levels friendly class suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced movers. This is a moderately-paced, full-body workout is intended to reinforce the Pilates fundamentals before challenging the body's strength and mobility in all planes of motion with varying props each week. Each student will receive personalized modifications and progressions throughout class based on their goals.

  • Challenging Flow

    An advanced class for experienced Pilates students and athletes. Fewer cues, fewer modifications, more movement. Expect longer series, a faster pace, and more weight and balance challenges. This class will only be beneficial if you have a good understanding of the Pilates method and your own physical limitations. An intermediate Pilates practice or a background in dance or sports will suffice; Lagree classes or other non-Pilates workout classes will not.

  • Cardio Jump + Flow

    A fast-paced Jumpboard class for intermediate and advanced Pilates students. Class will offer clients the chance to get their heart rates up, break a sweat, and still incorporate all the benefits of functional movement exercises found on a Reformer. If you are actively suffering from an injury, rehabbing an old injury, if you are in the second/third trimester of pregnancy, or newly postpartum, please have clearance from your doctor to attend a high impact class.

  • Extended Power Flow

    Have you ever taken a class and wished you could do MORE Pilates? Ever wished Pilates made your whole body sore, without compromising form? Ever wished your instructor had time to answer questions and workshop movements during class? Try our 75-minute Extended Power Flow. We will hit (almost) every series in the Pilates repertoire, work on building each exercise from chill to challenging, exhaust every body part, and have fun. Expect a thorough workout with extra hands-on adjustments and a varied pace. This class is open to all levels, though we recommend you take at least one Chill + Challenging Flow first. Strength and mastery of the Pilates repertoire are not required; a good attitude and willingness to follow along are.

  • Pre/Post-Natal Flow
